As a keen investor in people and with a long standing commitment for continuous improvement, Nylacast recently congratulated members of the team for completing their ESOL course (English for Speakers of Other Languages).
Delivered in the Nylacast training academy in conjunction with Leicester College, the 6 month course consisted of numerous modules and activities focused on building the participants reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. Eight members of the Nylacast team completed the ESOL course, which has helped to develop them as people and professionals.
Lavinia Benedic, Material Sales, at Nylacast who participated in the course commented: “The ESOL course was (and still is) very helpful. It helped me remember critical grammar rules and has helped to greatly improve my vocabulary. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning activities in each lesson.
